Standard tools and consumables ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture items, such as barber chairs and stations, are shipped via freight and typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy on shears and clippers?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused clippers and shears in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days. If a product is defective, it is covered under our 1-year limited warranty.
